Senior Management Accountant - Contract Accounting UK
Location: Warrington, with occasional travel as required

We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to work in Fujitsu Finance UK Project and Contract Accounting team. Your role will involve:
Ownership of full financials including preparation and presentation of month end actuals - providing variance analysis and flash commentary to Account Delivery Executives
Responsibility for all internal and external reporting on actuals, quarterly forecasts and Account lifetime views
Focus is on Contract accounting experience with ability to challenge Delivery Execs and Service Managers on their financials
Financial modelling and decision support during commercial negotiations with Account Delivery teams
Assisting the service delivery teams to identify and track cost savings and understand variances to the original contracted baseline
Working with Group Accounting to define appropriate accounting treatments for various adhoc contractual change controls.
Working with Project Finance team, Project Managers to consolidate project financials into Account Financials
Getting involved in a major Business Transformation Programme that is replacing our ERP environment
Participating in cross functional project groups to help improve the Finance function
Your experience
CIMA / ACCA qualified with experience of providing business support (newly qualified will be considered)
Motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate effectively
Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong Attention to detail
Strong system skills including Excel.
IT Services or contract accounting experience desirable
