Vestas RUS Finance is looking for a reliable and well-organized Junior Accountant. The department is responsible for all areas of accounting, statutory reporting and compliance, cash management and financial controls for the entity, in close interaction with SSC and centralized NCE controlling function.

Responsibilities

Travel and Business Expense

• Accounting and controlling of employee travel and business expenses in accordance with Vestas policies
• Verification of employee expenses deductibility for CIT and PIT, accounting in SAP for deductible/non-deductible employee expenses, interaction with payroll outsourcing company on timely calculation and withholding of PIT from employees.
• Maintaining of electronic and paper-based archives of supporting statutory/tax documents for employee settlements; assurance of its completeness and equality to SAP accounting records
• Verification of travel agency and business cards expenses and settlements

Bank transactions

• Interaction with the banks on various bank-related operational issues and requests
• Cooperation with SSC in respect of bank reconciliations and correct reflection of bank transactions in SAP
• Work in Client-bank

Other accounting responsibilities

• Supporting of the international and local statutory audit
• Participation in monthly accounts closing procedure;
• Supporting Accounts Receivable area if required
• Supporting Accounts Payable area if required
• Accomplish and act on other verbal and/or written tasks, assigned by the immediate supervisor, other competent officials or authorized representatives of the Employer

Qualifications

• Relevant Master Degree in, e.g., Accounting, Finance, Audit;
• Relevant experience in comparable position desirable
• Experience in 1C:8 and SAP; electronic banking products desirable
• Business English
