Associate Vice President for Finance
Luther College is seeking a full-time Associate Vice President for Finance to provide leadership in accounting, finance, and risk management. The AVP will manage the Office for Financial Services by coordinating the financial programs, policies, and transactions that support unqualified audit reports, tax filings, and regulatory compliance; overseeing the College’s risk management program; and supporting the Vice President for Finance and Administration with budget planning and analysis and financial modeling. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressively-responsible related experience required. CPA, master’s degree, and higher education experience preferred. Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and be familiar with ERP software. Must have the ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and friends of the College.
