Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

To approve all Direct Suppliers Invoices in the Baan ERP system on a timely manner. This includes proper check on documentations submitted by Purchasing department before system approval.
To ensure suppliers' Tax invoices is in compliance with GST rules and regulations. To ensure correct GST treatment on all the purchase invoices.
Close monitoring of supplier invoices submission is to be done on a regular basis to ensure liabilities are properly accounted for in the relevant financial period.
To check and update Purchase Listing with products description. To ensure correct Input Tax (TX), Value of Goods Imported Under ATS (IS) and Value of GST Suspended (IS1) are correctly reported in GST G-03 Form.
To be responsible for the proper safekeeping of all suppliers invoices. This includes proper filing of the invoices as soon as possible.
To prepare monthly creditors reconciliation Statement of Accounts (SOA) and highlight problems of late invoices or unrecorded invoices to ensure liabilities are properly recognized in the monthly accounts on a timely manner.

Job Requirements:-

Preferably ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Good articulation and thinking ability, with high level of integrity and openness to changing behaviors in line with the Company's goals and direction.
Candidate must be proficient in both written and oral English communication.
