Description
The duties include:
* Manage a team of 4 Credit Controllers, ensuring appropriate targets are set and 1-2-1's held
* Take the lead on the US ledger, acting as the escalation point for queries whilst also managing a portfolio of customers
* Support the Senior Global Credit Manager with ad-hoc projects
* Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
* Provide the Senior Global Credit Manager with clear and concise cash forecasts on an account basis to feed to the collaborated cash forecast for the group
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar role - Essential
- Be advanced using MS Excel - Essential
- Have management experience supporting a small team - Essential
- Be able to resolve escalated queries - essential
