Position Title: Finance ManagerStatus: Permanent Part=timeHours: 28 hours per week Tues - Fri 8.30am -5.00pmPay Rate: Not specifiedAnnual Salary: According to Social and Community Services Qld Award Paypoint 4 Level 1Purpose of Position: To ensure that all administrative duties and financial controls are implemented and accurate financial reports are produced.Duties: Your duties will include; but not limited to the following- Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Prepare and process fortnightly wages. Assist Accountants during audits, Consult with Board of Directors regarding all financial mattersand attend to any other items listed in the Organisational Strategic Plan that are relevant to this position.Requirements: You must be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Suitability Blue Card- Must have current Driver's License- Must have some financial knowledge= Basic knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage.Applications must be submitted with a Cover letter addressing the requirements listed above with a current Resume.
