Property Accountant (12m contract)

We are now seeking to appoint a Property Accountant to our Office & Logistics team in Quay Quarter Portfolio. The Property Accountant is an integral member of the Office and Logistics team primarily responsible for providing quality financial management for a portfolio of assets.

The role works closely with the Property Management team to ensure financial accuracy, meaningful insights and operational excellence whilst providing a strong compliance focus.

The Property Accountant acts as a key financial business partner that assists in delivering exceptional real estate experiences to our investors and tenants.

The candidate;

• Accounting, Finance or equivalent degree qualification.
• Attainment, or studying towards, of a professional qualification (CPA/CA).
• Minimum 2 years' experience within property industry.
• Management / Commercial accounting experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate effective collaboration in a team environment.
