Job Description:
- Handle full spectrum of finance & accounting matters, including management reporting, taxation, budgeting, financial forecasts & monthly accounts closing
- Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors on related matters
- Develop and maintain good relationship with banks on trade financing and facilities
- Performs financial planning and control including budgeting and preparation of financial accounts and financial reporting, and company trade facilities
- Responsible for the financial systems of the company, the accounting processes, monthly and yearly closing processes, planning process and asset management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies and good corporate governance
- To review, develop and implement proper guidelines, policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications such as CPA
- Minimum 8 yrs relevant working experience in a similar role
- Experience working in the shipping/oil and gas industry
- A team player with meticulous, good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, administrative , communication and interpersonal skills
