The Payroll Manager position is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading property owner based in Central London. This position will offer Payroll and HR support to the companies London based employees.

Client Details

My client are a world leading property and development business, with over 50,000 apartments globally. Specialising in high end luxury developments focused within major cities, including London, New York, Stockholm and Berlin.


The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Complete monthly payroll from start to finish for 70 employees taking into account current tax and social security legislation
  • Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all payrolls are completed accurately and on time
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Engagement with senior management to ensure compliance & understanding of payroll practices and requirements
  • Managing labour law related issues as warnings, notices, termination agreements
  • Conducting staff interviews
  • Prepartion of statistical evaluations


The successful Payroll Manager:

  • Achieved CIPP or are actively pursuing qualification
  • Must have previous HR generalist experience
  • Previous experience within a mid to large sized business would be advantagous
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in manual calculations and processing payroll start to finish
  • Confident user of Excel and handling of a large amount of data
  • Confident in managing a number of key stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, alongside these other benefits:
