Finance Master Data Manager

This Broxbourne based international manufacturing and production company are in need of a permanent Finance Master Data Manager to oversee the portfolio of suppliers financial details and ensure the successful management and control o the financial master data to the organisations new accounting system.

Currently embarking on a new system implementation the successful migration, management and control of their Master data is a key priority

Description

This Finance Master Data Manager role will include the following duties and responsibilities

• Manage and control of the supplier portfolio master data
• Oversee the transactional finance teams input and management of supplier information
• Assist the IT Project teams with the migration of data to the new accounting system
• Drive continuous improvement of master data management
• Ensure financial system controls and integrity is consistently reviewed and upheld
• Build in supplier data management and controls to the new Microsoft Dynamics accounting software

Profile

Experience, skills and knowledge required for this Finance Master Data Manager role

• Prior Master data management experience in a financial or accounting capacity
• Strong accounting and financial controls experience
• Great attention to detail
• Great communication skills to business partner across multiple team including transactional finance, senior management and IT
• Have a track record driving continuous improvement
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics accounting software is beneficial
