Reed Banking and Financial Services are currently assisting a specialist banking organisation in their recruitment for a Compliance Manager. This is a 3-6 Month contract, this role can be remote working.
This Compliance Manager vacancy will require the job holder to lead, manage and also recruit into the compliance team, playing a key role in interpreting and advising on all regulatory matters for the bank. To be considered for the role you must have strong knowledge of MCOBs.
A short summary of day to day duties include:
* Working alongside head of Governance; assisting in the development of policies, procedures and systems in relation to conduct risk and TCF.
* Interpreting legislation, providing advice to the business on all regulatory compliance topics.
* Reporting on 2nd line compliance monitoring activity.
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements in relation to AML and CTF are complied with including continual development and upskilling of competence in the AML space.
