Finance Systems Analyst role based in Cheltenham, £30,000 on a permanent basis.

Client Details

Our client is a well known business based in Cheltenham and are going through an exciting period of growth.

Description

The Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for;

  • Provide first and second line support for GP (ERP) & NetSuite, Proactis (Purchase to Pay), Proactis Capture (Electronic document management), and PBI (reporting platform)
  • Maintenance of the various workflows enabled within the various applications
  • Make and maintain good relationships across our clients
  • Assist and conduct end user training for new starters and refresher training for the finance applications
  • Ensure support documentation exists for the finance applications in use and where necessary, compile documentation for incomplete/missing information
  • Analyse business processes and suggest improvements where necessary
  • Gather new business requirements and build detailed specifications
  • Involvement in finance system projects including assisting with system design documents, setup, testing and deployment
  • Proactively seek new ways to improve existing processes and spread the use of best practice
  • Ensure all calls are logged within the Service Desk and resolved within a timely in accordance with our SLA's
  • To operate in a way that ensures you are a recognised role model
  • To comply at all times with Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices in accordance with current legislation and as detailed in the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • To take personal responsibility for the sustainability of the company by minimising waste of company resources including gas and electricity, as well as protecting the environment as described in the company's Environment Management System.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and will have a strong finance background.

Job Offer

A salary of £30,000 is on offer to the successful candidate for the Finance Systems Analyst role.
