Management Accountant

Robert Walters are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast paced, growing organisation based in Newbury who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their high performing finance function on an initial 18 month contract basis.

This is a hands-on Management Accountant role, supporting the business, including the Senior Leadership Team, to not only produce the Management Accounts but analyse the numbers to produce business critical decisions associated with the growth of the business.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the UK Finance Director to explain business unit results, analyse revenue and margin of products and services via various m.i reports available to you.

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA) who is a strong excel user. You will need to be a competent business partner working with staff of varying levels of seniority in the organisation as well as having demonstrable experience of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.

Salary on offer for the Management Accountant position is circa £50,000 with a 10% bonus (paid out 100% of the time since introduction into the business) and an exceptional fringe benefits package including enhance pension scheme. This organisation have also fully embraced hybrid working so their will be a mix between office and home working offered to the candidate.
