Goodman Masson are working with a Top Tier Investment Bank on a new role within their Secured Lending Credit Risk team. This role would best suit a Senior AVP or Junior VP looking for a new challenge, in one of the only banks in the market growing their portfolio in this space.
As the successful Credit Risk Manager, you will support the Secured Lending business, covering transactions across loan on loans secured by a variety of asset classes namely commercial real estate, residential mortgages, non-performing loans and middle market loans.
The principal responsibilities include evaluation of new transactions and managing a portfolio of existing loans including annual and quarterly reviews.
