As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering consolidation and technical accounting projects under internationally recognised financial reporting frameworks. Expected to practice the principles of excellent client service at all times
  • Providing high quality advice and insights to clients on their finance organisations, processes and controls
  • Participating in ERP localisation projects as a subject matter expert on accounting rules
  • Coordinating between different stakeholders within TMF while adhering to an excellent standard of measure
  • Working closely with our clients in the sphere of finance transformation, understanding the clients' challenges and providing innovative solutions
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Managing time effectively to complete multiple tasks to appropriate deadlines and ensure the team is informed of the progress;
  • Maintaining a high standard of professional work and carry out other duties as requested by the head of accounting and tax consultancy
  • Participating in targeting and lead generation activities, including the preparation of proposals, articles and the hosting of internal and external events for the purpose of raising the profile of the team.

  • are open to deliver a wide range of finance transformation projects (from technical accounting and consolidations accounting through finance process improvement to ERP localisation projects)

Key requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or partly qualified
  • Relevant working experience from an accounting practice and/or industry
  • Experience working with consolidations and technical accounting
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards, accounting principles under IFRS, UK GAAP and/or US GAAP
  • Experience with review and improvement of finance processes
  • Knowledge of internal controls
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Team player who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiasm to contribute positive to business development
  • Ability to adapt well to changing environments and fast changing client needs

ERP experience and familiarity with automation technology and opportunities (RPA, OCR, data analytics) are preferred but not required.
