Senior Associate, Pensions Audit - London

The Crowe Pension Funds team are looking for an enthusiastic individual with some pension scheme experience, to assist them in supporting their existing business and expanding their business in pension scheme internal audit, risk management and Master Trust assurance reporting engagements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a member of a team who are committed to working with trustees and senior management to optimise pension scheme risk management and control procedures resulting in better pension scheme governance. In addition, they will be working on Independent Trustee assurance framework reporting assignments.

The individual needs to demonstrate the following:

  • Understanding of internal audit methods and techniques including the development of internal audit strategies, annual audit programmes and the development of internal audit assignment scopes.
  • Pension scheme experience.
  • An understanding of assurance frameworks.
  • An understanding of Pensions regulations including Master Trust Frameworks.
  • Knowledge of the pensions industry and regulatory environment for occupational trust based pension schemes, including good practice governance arrangements.
  • Experience and enthusiasm about adding value to clients.
  • Work as a member of a team.
