CFO - Healthcare Provider

As CFO of the company you will take full accountability in financial operation matters, cashflow, treasury and controlling the organisation's financial processes, making the necessary changes to upgrade and improve process, policies or procedures.

Description

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
• Control and evaluate the organisations fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisations operations
• Responsible and accountable for all aspects of tax strategies for the country and able to drive the strategy forward with minimal supervision with the aim of maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks
• Liaise with external tax advisers and build a rapport with them to monitor changes in legislations that would impact the entities in the country and propose solutions in managing the change
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Execute a proper and accurate month/ year-end closing, and all audit matters

Profile

• Proven experience as Deupty CFO, finance controller or relevant role
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A minimum 20 years' experience in Finance / Accounting within the same industry
• Ideally you have experienced working for an MNC Company with complicated business process
• Excellent understanding of Indonesia finance, accounting and tax law
• Open for expatriates stay in Indonesia
