This role reports to P&G's ANZ Finance Leader, working closely with the F&A team, as well as supporting employees from multidisciplinary functions.

Our assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business, while you continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. Your assignment will be in our Selling and Market Operations Team in Australia & New Zealand. You will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

Your Team

What Success looks like
- Successful delivery of the business' critical metrics
- Support business champions in business process changes and, where needed, driving them to requirements for application changes
- Financial analysis for pricing & promotion to maximize revenue and profit.
- Drive effective business planning with customer teams and utilise cost productivity.
- Lead strategy development with Global business unit and market strategy and planning partners when we do long range planning.
- Drives Cash as top priority. Understands the importance of cash productivity for P&G and the Distributors/Customers. Addresses pay-score gaps. Develops a plan to consistently optimize DSO's / accounts receivable.
- Budget management and internal control.
- Financial assessment & business model development for new initiatives to ensure successful launch.
- Financial analysis for pricing & promotion to maximize revenue and profit.
- Long term business planning and portfolio strategy design to drive business sustainable profitable growth.
- Competitor intelligence.
