For our Client, SSC sector Company, located in Łódź we are looking for candidates willing to provide operational export transport services, cooperate with Customer Service Desk's in Europe and Import Desk's across the globe. Position is placed in Shared Service Centre area, in Order-to-Cash process, in Logistic Team - We are open for candidates from other location that Łódź. Position is placed in Shared Service Centre area, in Order-to-Cash process, in Logistic Team.

Responsibilities

  • Create SAP transport orders with necessary shipping instructions
  • Plan, execute, coordinate & optimize daily export
  • Create and distribute the complete set of shipping documents
  • Monitor timelines throughout the transport planning, loading and execution process including shipment tracking
  • Act on delays - provide issue solution, give feedback on transport order status
  • Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
  • Perform freight invoice verification and freight cost control
  • Interface with Customer Service Desk/Enterprise Service Desk/Business Units
  • Cooperate with Purchase Managers and Acting as local interface to sites/ warehouses, customs authorities and transport providers
  • Maintain positive and strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Take part in knowledge transfer and work shadowing sessions with business experts internationally
  • Requirements

  • Language Skills: Good in written and spoken English (B2), Good in written and spoken German (B1+/B2)
  • University degree 
  • min. 2 years professional experience and knowledge in international trade and shipping industry (Incoterms 2020 rules, letters of credit, transport claims, dangerous goods and customs compliance topics etc.)
  • Understanding of the operational Order-To-Cash process
  • Customer oriented person - bulding relationships
  • General knowledge of SAP SD if lacking, other ERP system and / or export order processing systems
  • Experience within a (captive or outsourced) Shared Services Center nice to have
  • Experience in order management, knowledge transfer process would be an advantage
  • Good command of English and German
