For our Regulatory Services in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced AML Compliance Officer to take RC mandates of key Alter Domus clients. We offer dynamic and international corporate atmosphere adapted to your need
JOB DESCRIPTION
In the context of the FAQ of CSSF of November 2019, investment funds are requested to appoint an RC (Responsible du Contrôle du Respect des Obligations) as per article 4 (1) of the Law of 2004. You will be holding RC mandates as third party for funds clients of Alter Domus.
- Be able to manage a portfolio of diversified alternative funds (SIF, RAIF, SCSp/SCS…) in the sectors of private equity, real estate, debt essentially
- Meet the qualifications set by CSSF in the FAQ of November 2019 to act as an RC in Luxembourg
- Be the single point of contact of CSSF and AED for any RC duties such as AML reports, AML surveys or ad hoc requests from the regulator
- Coordinate with all teams involved and external service providers where applicable (Investment Advisor, Transfer Agent, Depositary Bank…)
- Perform the annual AML due diligence of service providers as part of the oversight control
- Maintain the library of template documentation required to perform the service, and where necessary support writing of bespoke policies with clients
- Prepare the AML reports, AML policies and any deliverables resulting from the RC mandate
- Work with support staff to coordinate the preparation of deliverables and KPI’s management
YOUR PROFILE
- 5-7 years of experience in AML/Compliance in the fund industry ideally with consulting or service provider experience
- Proactive attitude, ability to communicate with authorized management and attend Board meetings
- You are able to engage good working relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, investors and external service providers
- You have a professional level of English (spoken and written), French is considered as an asset, any additional language is a plus
