Responsibilities
- Drive Cognitive and Automated Banking initiatives thru Machine Learning models development and automation of Control Towers/Alerts
- Utilising Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to maximise value from data and drive WPM/RM/WM performance and productivity management and shared goals with Distribution and Treasures banking partners
- Support and work closely with business partners to understand business requirements, perform analysis and model simulation for the sales incentive scheme across Consumer Banking sales platform
- Review and assess sales incentive scheme effectiveness against framework to provide analytical insights and recommendation in improving and supporting business strategies
- Accelerate Control Towers development with visualizations and present clear, concise, and actionable insights to the key partners, lead discussions on analytics and interpretation of results
Requirements
- Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computing or related disciplines
- Strong SAS, SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills. With Python experience is an advantage
- Team Player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven, passionate with a strong desire to learn to develop professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of business analytics working experience
