Project Manager – Accounting System – 9 Month Contract

Flexible Location

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to lead our Silverfin Accounts Production project. We have successfully completed the initial roll out to our business and are now looking for someone to progress this project to the next stage.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Business Services, you will have knowledge of accounts production and may have worked within an accounting environment.

This is an autonomous role where you will take time to evaluate and assess our current project position and then look to widen the use and application of Silverfin across Bishop Fleming.

Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills will be essential – you will act as the main point contact of between Bishop Fleming and Silverfin and will ensure that Bishop Fleming user feedback is acted on and pace is maintained in this key project.

As part of this role, you will act as a Silverfin ambassador within Bishop Fleming and will ensure that our people are making use of all the benefits that this product can offer.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of hands-on project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A self-motivated approach to work as well as the ability to challenge when needed
  • Knowledge of accounts production
  • Experience of working with accounting systems – it would be highly advantageous if the appointed candidate had experience of working with Silverfin but this isn’t essential
