i) ACCA Association will be enrolled for internship program for a period not exceeding 03 years. Only those students are eligible for Internship program with having cleared academic part of ACCA.
ii) Internee will be paid stipend @ Pak-Rupees 20,000/- Rupees Twenty Thousand only, (all inclusive) per month during the entire internship period.
iii) The stipend will be paid on 1st of every month by concerned drawing and disbursing officer.
iv) The internee will be entitled to avail 20 days leave in a calendar year for all genuine purpose.
v) The internee will be allowed TA/DA as per rate applicable to Officer Grade-III, in case they are deputed to perform official duties at a place other than place of internship (out station)
vi) The internee will not be entitled for any other privilege/perk as mentioned above.
Engagement of internee will be area/zone specific; however, their assignment will be switched within the office as per requirement of the bank
