Job Description: The position is responsible for supporting how State Street consumes and reports back Aladdin transactions and requires a deep understanding of trade operations, fund accounting. Working closely with development, SQA testing, and business units, this role will look to test and deploy Aladdin PDX messages by product type to clients.

Job Description:

• Testing of PDX with client and supporting Business Units and COE’s,
• Work closely with ADM-IT and COE’s to develop, test and implement transaction Aladdin Data
• eXchange messages for Bank Loans, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equity, and Cash products,
• Assist in the deployment of Aladdin Data eXchange transaction messages for existing and on-boarding clients,
• Assume leadership role in the coordination and implementation of new PDX within business operations groups globally, new asset class training, coordinate changes within current products, assist with client conversion, training, and HUB Configuration
• Provide technical expertise to the PDX mapping team

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Fund Accounting, Client Operations and/or Project Management
• Preferred expertise in: Microsoft Office (Access, Excel and Word)
• Strong Excel expertise including VBA
• Proven time management skills
• Able work independently and to managing multiple tasks / priorities / projects
• Ability to manage under pressure, work under deadlines
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning and development - identifying & addressing internal client needs
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, promote solutions and identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and controls
