We are looking for an outstanding Lead Business Analyst to join our Customer Tribe. In Customer Tech and Product, our vision is to deliver and inspire better moments for our customers, and achieving that starts with our amazing people. We are a group of around 150 technology and product people, who work closely with teams across the business to deliver safe, entertaining and intuitive products to our customers.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead by example, dipping into the detail as required, stepping back and empowering the team whenever possible.

- Leading a highly skilled team of business analysts, within a culture that encourages personal growth, autonomy and an agile mindset
- Maintaining a focus on continual improvement in all Business Analysis activities
- Establishing excellent working relationships across the leadership roles within Customer Tribe, and with stakeholders across the business
- Shaping, resourcing and leading the analysis on some of the programmes of work that touch on the Customer Tribe
- Act as a role model, demonstrating a passion for leading and developing people, with experience of line managing a small team of business analysts
- Embrace a culture where diversity is valued, and inclusion is an absolute must have
- Utilise your passion for agile to support others with varying levels of agile experience
- Engage effectively with partners from across tech and business teams, and with end users through to members of senior leadership teams
- Have the confidence and credibility to influence people at all levels, challenging decisions where necessary, and negotiate when conflicting priorities arise
- You have expertise in a range of requirements elicitation techniques, including workshops, systems and documentation reviews, shadowing, one to one interviews
- You are comfortable defining the analysis approach to be adopted within a programme and a team, and breaking this approach down into manageable pieces of work
- You have worked in a regulated environment, with particular experience of the GDPR, and of building relationships with Security, Compliance and Legal teams
- You are adept at providing the bridge between business and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical artefacts, and communicating technical solutions back to the business teams
