Location - Bracknell, Berkshire (permanently fully remote with occasional travel to offices) Robert Walters have partnered with a world renowned business who are looking for a driven and ambitious Corporate Tax Accountant to join their growing team. This role will focus on UK corporate tax compliance and project work for a large UK tax group and work closely with the wider UK tax team who specialise in VAT, Customs and Employment taxes.

- Responsible for corporate tax support to a portfolio of group companies. This will include preparing corporate tax computations, producing tax disclosures for inclusion in their statutory accounts and negotiating with HMRC.
- Prepare transfer pricing reports, utilising the Group's Transfer Pricing Manager Software.
- Work closely with international tax colleagues to resolve withholding tax issues, residency certificates and US tax forms.
- Reviewing the UK group's CFC, CbCR, corporate interest restriction and corporate loss position.
- Working with the wider team on year-end and quarterly group reporting under IFRS and cash tax forecasting.
- The organisation has invested heavily in tax digitisation, this role will also help maintain and develop these valuable systems.
Experience and Qualifications:
- ACA, CTA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is essential.
- In-depth corporate tax knowledge is vital, ideally gained within a large corporate but candidates who are looking move into industry will also be considered.
- Strong accounting knowledge; IFRS, statutory accounting, tax disclosure reconciliation.
- The successful candidate must be able to resolve multiple tax issues simultaneously.
- The ability to build strong working relationships, both within the immediate tax team and the wider business are essential.
