** Priority for those who have experience in the field of restaurants ( Food & Beverage )
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management periodically and as needed.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Calculation & reviews for vendors & sub-contractor's compensation on their supplies.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries, end with trial balance Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
- Work with external professionals on managing external audit process and all taxation issues.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
 
- إجراء التحليل المالي و عمل تقارير دورية للإدارة
- مراقبة وتسجيل المعاملات المالية وفقا لسياسات الشركة واللوائح.
- رصد النفقات وتحليل الإيرادات وتحديد الفروق في الميزانية وتقديم تقرير عن ذلك إلى الإدارة.
- العمل مع المهنيين الخارجيين على إدارة عملية المراجعة الخارجية وجميع القضايا الضريبية.
- الرد على استفسارات المحاسبية من الإدارة.
- توفير التوجيه للمحاسبين الآخرين عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية وأنشطة إدارة النفقات للحسابات المخصصة.
