Be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or overseas equivalent)

The Finance Business Partner will:
- Support the leadership team to produce budgets and quarterly forecasts for their business areas including executive summary reporting
- Understand and communicate the key drivers of performance variances and their implications
- Work with The Strategy team to understand market trends
- Support the leadership team in key decision making using insight and analysis making financial based recommendations
