Responsibilities:
  • Management reporting and analysis:
  • Perform monthly analysis and report financial performances and detailed drivers of biz products
  • Review Journal Entries for month-end closing
  • Prepare presentation materials for financial performance
  • Analyse and highlight business and industry trends
  • Facilitates the quarterly forecasts and annual operating planning process
  • Coordinate forecasts inputs and review updates to ensure reasonableness
  • Work closely with Financial Planning on analysts' expectation and translation into AOP targets.
  • Review budget assumptions and work closely with Product House to narrow gaps against corporate targets.
  • Provide budget critique to Senior Management highlighting key areas of concerns.
  • Work closely with management and BU on administration of top-down budget cuts
  • Product Costing & Reporting / Regulatory Accounting and Reporting
  • Monthly analysis and reporting of actual Product Profitability performance
  • Review of network topology with Product house, and closely engage the relevant parties in rationalising the cost and bases of allocation
  • Costing for new products & assist line in proxy costing
  • FLC breakdown into fixed, variable and out of pocket components.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in financial accounting
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
  • A good team player who is able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge with SAP system and Business Warehouse would be advantageous
