About the Role:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic support focused Business Analyst with CRM experience to join our highly professional team. The focus of the role is to coordinate CRM BAU support, technical testing and provide analytical expertise.
You will play an important role in managing key relationships within CFA business units and ICT Services - ensuring systems and underlying business processes are maintained and objectives are supported in an efficient and effective manner. You will work with business stakeholders and technology resources to develop and manage day to day activities, including administrative rights to make changes to the system. Testing is an important part of the role and you will conduct testing activities and production of testing documents, conducting product training and producing training materials.
This is an opportunity to gain experience working with Salesforce CRM, working closely with an SME mentor, which will help develop your skills.

To succeed in this key role, you will have credible experience working as a CRM focused Business Analyst. You will be knowledgeable and experienced with BA and project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and you will be assisted by your experience working in a matrix structure, delivering multiple complex projects with competing time-frames. - Experience in application testing activities and testing documentation.
- Experience in writing business requirements and training documents.
- Act as day-to-day contact with the organisations support agency and manage internal requests for development or issues management.
- Develop CRM reports & dashboards.
- Maintain CRM database in line with best practice, including data cleaning, deduplication, and data enrichment as appropriate.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and work closely with lead BA and or PM.
- Providing system support for business needs and gathering requirements.
- Working with business stakeholders to ensure a continuous delivery of high-quality data and technology solutions.
- Onboarding and Training of new users and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
