This position reports to the Data & Director Training and Communications director and interfaces with the TDR T&A team, DPTP Squad stakeholders and Business/Functions stakeholders within the Data & Privacy Transformation Programme . Key Responsibilies
This position reports to the Data & Director Training and Communications director and interfaces with the TDR T&A team, DPTP Squad stakeholders and Business/Functions stakeholders within the Data & Privacy Transformation Programme . The TDR T&A team is committed to provide an employee-orientated, high performance culture - that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement within their workplace.
- Support overall D&P Training and Awareness campaign requirements and DPTP launch activities.
- Support the development of D&P bridge spaces and Discover with relevent SMEs
- Coordinate and support campaign logistics requirements per launch
- Perform metrics reporting and results tracking across campaigns
Ideal Candidate
- Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, polytechnics
- Good Oral/ written communication skills
- Good facilitation skills
- Being detailed oriented and capable of delivering high level of accuracy
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills
- Good organisational skills
- Competency in excel and powerpoint, knowledge of instructional design and digital media tools would be an advantage
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- A bachelor degree in business or related field - marjoring in communications, marketing or advertising
