Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Enterprise Risk Management framework applicable for nexus
- Develop a strong understanding of country regulatory environment relevant to different risk types
- Develop and own the Risk Management Program Governance across Risk Types assigned.
- Build a Risk Measurement capability for the Risk Types assigned
- Produce Period Heat Maps to highlight the state of Risk across various Risk Types- covering a current status and forward looking view of Risk
- Produce a dashboard to monitor the health of various technology capabilities/features on the nexus platform, used in Risk Management
Ideal Candidate
- Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities
- Good Oral/ written communication skills
- Good facilitation skills
- Being detailed oriented and capable of delivering high level of accuracy
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills
- Good organisational skills
- Competency in excel
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- A bachelor degree in business or related field
