The role
We're looking for someone to join our financial products
team and assist in the management and development of the financial
products we provide for the benefit of WA growers.
CBH financial products provide growers with seasonal working
capital requirements to grow their business. The role is a key
conduit internally between the Financial Products Manager and
internal support teams to ensure successful outcomes for financial
products and growers of WA.
You'll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day
management and progress of our services; ensuring internal and
external stakeholder management and communications are informative
and timely; providing accurate and timely business reporting and
analysis; and provide commercial and process improvement analysis
to support decisions that impact financial products.
Key responsibilities
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Supervision of the day-to-day running of the product
suite
Accurate data reporting identifying trends and
opportunities
Drive product awareness across multiple stakeholders
Work collaboratively with team members and other CBH
divisions to refine product processes
Look for innovative ways to improve service while reducing
time and cost
Skills and experience
Previous experience in developing and managing a product
portfolio
Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to
detail
Experience in evaluating and analysing data to report on
product performance
Experience in developing and managing relationships with
the ability to work collaboratively with others, resolving
problems and identifying opportunities for innovation
Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work quickly
under pressure
High computer literacy skills particularly in Microsoft
Excel
Highly developed communication style
