Shanghai Topcon-Sokkia Technology and Trading company (STS) is a subsidiary of Topcon Positioning Systems Inc. (TPS) based in China.

6 Month Fixed Term with potential for extension, Full Time or Part-Time role for a Business Systems Analyst/ERP Analyst seeking something different, new and exciting!Thesuccessful applicant will be required to workonsite at our Mawson Lakes office for a percentage of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and design improvements to business processes and software applications to align with current and future business strategies.
  • Define and develop system related initiatives and/or process to replace the existing ERP system and add value to the business.
  • Assist with data extraction, cleansing and validation to facilitate the ERP implementation.
  • Define requirements, scope and objectives in relation to the overall business strategy and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team, engineering, business unit managers and other stakeholders to define business requirements and co-ordinate system enhancements.
  • Create user guides and training documentation for internal and external users.
  • Research, troubleshoot and mitigate other ERP issues.
  • Collaborate with business unit managers to develop appropriate training materials for business application systems.


Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working as an ERP Business Analyst in a commercial (preferably manufacturing) environment.
  • Solid background in Business Analysis and Design, Data Modelling, Process Modelling and Scope Management.
  • A broad understanding of ERP system projects within a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Effective communicator who is committed to quality practices
  • Competent in the use of MS Office suite of products.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Pronto Enterprise Management System and/or SAP ERP systems desirable.
  • Bachelors' degree in a Business, Information Science or Computer field and/or equivalent education/work experience.
