Credit & Risk Manager Job, Manchester City Centre- Permanent Agile Working
Your new company
You will be working for a rapidly growing business in the heart of Manchester City Centre. The business had made extensive process improvements to take their AR function forward.
Your new role
This job requires someone to be the face of Credit and guide the business through its growth, maximising collections & minimize risk. You will be managing large team of Credit Controllers and report directly into the Finance Director. Recruiting new staff is also a big part of this role, with head count being left in your control you will be fully responsible in selecting the best talent to come and join your team. duties include but are not limited to; review current processes making improvements where you see fit, reducing aged debt via your elite team, assist with the system transformations going on within the business, coach & develop your team and produce weekly debtor reports to the Finance Director. If you are looking to have full control of the Credit Function and to grow you career, then this could be the ideal role for you.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an established Credit Manager with a desire to push yourself to the limit and further develop your experience. Someone who is willing to make key decisions for the good of the business and to recruit new staff when they see fit is also an essential. In depth knowledge of Risk is also an essential.
