The Military Support Program (MSP) within the Special Programs Line of Business is seeking an energetic and proactive person to join the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) team. MSP offers a broad portfolio of contracts that fall into all stages of the product lifecycle (initial baseline, program execution and closeout), which creates an exciting and dynamic environment where the candidate should be comfortable with balancing competing priorities. Strong communication skills are required as this role interfaces with many functions (Planning, Program Management, Engineering, Subcontract Management, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with budgeting and Earned Value Management including IBRs, CEACs, Financial CDRLs.
• Organize and prioritize work and act independently with little to no supervision.
• Proficient oral and written communicator capable of presenting appropriately summarized, concise information to audiences of all levels of leadership, particularly senior leadership.
• Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.
• Active Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with EVM / Account Systems (COBRA / SAP knowledge)
• Strong analytic skills and ability to extract meaningful information from data.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with the following software tools and systems: COBRA, SAP, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
