Senior Finance Analyst

The Functional Finance Team is an integral part of the worldwide Finance organization, providing insight supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision making process. The team partners with the leadership of our Global Functions, senior finance management, and local, regional and global finance colleagues across the organization.

With this role, we are looking for a trusted and experienced finance professional as part of the Functional Finance team. Primary responsibilities of the role include, but not be limited to, the following key areas:

• Providing the full day-to-day operational, reporting, analysis and financial planning support
• Analytical support across a wide range of areas including planning, reporting and financial operations
• Owning the functional data & reporting dashboards, becoming a subject matter expert through ownership and support of the reporting and analysis
• Owning the month end management reporting deliverables
• Owning the month end/year end close from a management reporting perspective
• Challenging status quo and pushing for reporting automation and innovation, and process improvement, simplification and optimization
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of key materials presented to senior management and other key stakeholders
• Partnering & managing key functional projects

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting: This role will be looked at as the subject matter expert for all financial aspects of the function, which will require you to be proactive in learning and understanding the business.
• Strong accuracy and rigorous attention to detail
• Demonstrate both strong analytic and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches
• Ability to frame issues at conceptual level and resolve complex issues/problems
• Work to tight schedules but flex accordingly as business requirements change your priorities. Be able to manage conflicting priorities, prioritize transparently, and communicate openly to ensure constructive and positive outcomes
• Strong technical capabilities including Digital reporting tools like Alteryx & Tableau
• Demonstrates strong communication skills: oral, written and active listening
• Build strong networks within and across finance
• Project Management: To be able to support our aggressive change initiatives
• Building relationships both within & outside finance will be critical to success in this role

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• A minimum of 6-8 years related finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or a MBA preferred
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, with the ability to adjust to multiple audiences and the confidence to present to and influence senior management
• A passion for working in a collaborative team environment
• Critical Thinking and problem solving - proven ability to work through complex problems and analyses in providing a thoughtful concrete solution
• Motivation and self-drive - excited by tackling challenges and pro-actively finding new ways to provide value to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (Such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
