We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our UniLodge team at our Head Office in Brisbane CBD. You shall be responsible for understanding and translating business problems and opportunities into business cases, gathering and analysing requirements and implementing process and systems solutions aligned to UniLodge's capabilities and business architecture.

About the Role
- Full-Time position available
- All aspects of process improvement and project delivery from process analysis, business case development, selection, discovery, implementation, testing, training & data migration
- Central contact for certain core systems, ensuring standardised operating procedures and onboarding and training of users
- Streamline business & system processes to facilitate efficient growth of UniLodge
- Travel to UniLodge properties across Australia and New Zealand to provide support and guidance
- Work closely with CFO, Finance Project Manager & relevant business stakeholders to define and deliver key business improvement projects including:
- Property Management System (StarRez) enhancements & process standardisation
- Create & maintain data warehouse infrastructure & orchestration of integrations
- Understand connections between various systems using API functionality
- Potential future projects
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst on Finance or Operations projects
- Bachelor qualification in Business, Finance or Technology (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with the Property Management System StarRez (essential)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Azure Data Factory, SQL & other coding languages
- Analytically and commercially focused with a high attention to detail
- A demonstrated passion for improving business processes and user outcomes
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- National Police Check & Working with Children Check (required)
