It is in this context that we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Lead Business Analyst / Delivery Team Lead, and as a member of the Business Analyst Team, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and support expertise to the IOOF Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the business to understand project priorities.
- Facilitate workshops to understand the business goals and epic / story level detail.
- Write stories that can be turned into code and tests by our project teams.
- Provide support to developers and testers within the team.
- Define and refine our business analysis processes.
- Develop and maintain domain expertise.
- Support the risk identification and planning activities.
- Support the Product Owner to translate the solution for Business Readiness
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Demonstrable Experience as a Business Analyst
- ECBA or CCBA accreditation preferred
- Experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills
- Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, agile methodology, agile ceremonies, disciplines and procedures
- Business analysis experience and/or related technical experience
- Can appreciate difficult problems and work independently on tasks with a medium complexity
- Pension, Super, Investments Domain Knowledge preferred
