About the role:
This role will see you working as a Senior Business Analyst within the Bostik Australia Team. Reported to the Financial Director, your role will involve developing new business strategies and models that in turn enhance Bostik's overall business efficiency. A strong focus will be communicating to management and various key stakeholders to determine the gaps and deliver data-driven recommendations and performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
About You:
Ideally, you will have previous exposure working within a medium to large multinational business, preferably from the manufacturing or production industry, with strong analytical skills and stakeholder management. You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT or any other related field.
If you have knowledge of SAP and BI reporting, as well as Advanced Excel skills are you encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities
- Lead review, analysis and capture of business processes and requirements for regulatory functions and identify changes that lead to business improvements
- Work within a program structure to ensure opportunities for consolidation and consistency are identified
- Provide advice on application development project issues to a non-technical audience
- Identify interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Drive simplification of systems and processes through continuous improvement initiatives
- Produce monthly reports and support in providing relevant reporting packs
About You:
