Responsibilities & Experience:
- Act as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups to identify business processes, systems, and product requirements
- Research, identify and develop solutions to problems
- Analyse business and user needs, and documents customer specifications
- Provide continual improvement recommendations
- Work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global and/or multi-functional
- Analyses the results of the testing process and recommends solutions
- Investigation and resolution of incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years business analysis experience
- 3+ years in Payment and Cards industry experience: Enterprise Financial Card Application initiatives (Credit Card, Debit Card, Reward Card, Loyalty Card Applications)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services industry specifically cards and payments
