The successful candidate will be responsible for managing features and user stories, conducting detailed analysis on new & existing functionality within the superannuation platform, all while helping to drive the required roadmap items to achieve our strategic goals.

In this role, you will be:
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, the product owner and scrum team to ensure features and stories are refined and ready with acceptance.
  • Responsible for defining test cases, performing data analysis to determine informative quality metrics and provide guidance to the scrum team on business functionality to ensure value added development.
  • Acting as a core SME within our agile release train within the superannuation platforms space.
  • Engaging with multiple vendors and stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, facilitating workshops and refinement sessions.
  • Acting as a superannuation domain expert, compliance and regulatory considerations will always be front of mind and you will stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies which will enable our business to achieve its strategic goals.

To excel in this role, you will have:
  • Experience with superannuation & regulatory compliance work.
  • Wealth Management experience and familiarity with both accumulation and retirement phases of superannuation along with SuperStream integration and associated regulatory reporting, tax concepts such as CGT and tax parcels.
  • Knowledge of integration API frameworks between platforms.
  • Understanding of industry standard platform messaging and data feeds
  • Experience using collaborative tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Office 365.
  • Experience with HCD (Human Centred Design)
  • Interest in connected backend systems processing & complex data sets.
  • Previous migration experience.
