How will I help?

In this 12 Month Contract, you will be part of the team responsible for executing the Assurance Program over Delivery Risk (in accordance with the Project Frameworks and Standards). T he purpose of this role is to focus on the independent reviews and evaluations that assist management in exercising its responsibility to develop, maintain, monitor, and continuously enhance control frameworks and systems. This role also promotes the development of a strong, effective, and enduring risk management culture.

You will Support Risk Assurance reviews for cross divisional programs - collaborating with stakeholders to ensure planning, fieldwork, and reporting is optimised and conclusions are adequately supported by evidence. Furthermore, you will act as control subject matter expert for project delivery risk, working with the Risk lead to ensure risk drivers are known and key controls across each division are known and assessed.

You will be influential in embedding ri sk monitoring and control practices and drive standards (e.g. transition of project risk, compliance, and control data into the Group's Risk and Compliance systems). Lastly, you'll lead data driven analysis and insights for 2nd line assurance reviews and management reporting.

What do I need?

A strong candidate will relevant experience in projects and/or assurance knowledge to effectively and efficiently develop and review annual plans, strategy documents, review scopes, reports, and Committee papers. You will be proficient at facilitating meetings and presenting complex information and solutions to different target audiences.

Furthermore, you will have advanced experience in preparing written workpapers, risk issues and actions to ensure they are to a reasonable quality and should be able to draw out and to articulate key risk and compliance insights.
