How will I Help?
As a Business Analyst you will be a key member of the Group Customer Assist Team within the Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS) and your role is paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac's vision and strategic priorities.

The Business Analyst role is a critical to support the Project Manager in all project activities that deliver business and technology solutions. You will be required to deliver seamless implementation of Business changes through strong engagement with stakeholders both internal and external to Customer Assist and to implement and achieve key business objectives and ensure consistency of process and service experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Stakeholders and see to the maintenance of collaborative working relationships; elicit and analyse business requirements and engage with, and inform key stakeholders' groups
  • Focus on the needs of the customer, providing service excellence in all our customer interactions
  • Development and support of testing, training and implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business changes
  • Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions
  • Undertaking and support end-to-end testing of releases.

What do I need?
You will be an experienced Business Analyst, with strong requirements gathering and good understanding of process workflow. As well as this you will have strong communications skills and be able to deliver reporting outcomes with confidence to a senior audience.

You will be able to work at a fast pace to changing priorities and understand project management principles and reporting milestones. You will be able to easily build relationships and take accountability for your work and delivery of outcomes.

This project is highly visible and requires someone with the professional maturity to navigate and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve key program deliverables.
