Talenza are partnering with a reputable brand name within the Financial Services market in the search for a Business Analyst with a strong Technical background to play a critical role in a large scale Data driven Program of work.
We are looking for someone who is accustomed to navigating large scale complex projects, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to draw out key requirements, acting as the key translator between technical stakeholders and business focused stakeholders.
You will naturally have strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to influence and negotiate, and a passion for working on data centric Programs of work.
In terms of tools, the role requires:
You will ideally come from a Financial Services background and have a strong knowledge of the Trading Lifecycle.
Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall projects would also be preferred.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing team on an initial 6 month day rate contract.

- JIRA and Confluence skills.
- Altova XMLSpy or other XML tools.
