Finance Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Next’s dynamic Finance Team giving exposure to many areas of our business.

We are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator to work in our Supplier Compliance operation within Finance. You will be part of the team responsible for setting up new suppliers and ensuring the data remains accurate and up to date. You will be key to the day to day running of the area ensuring we have a smooth and effective process. Accuracy and attention to detail is key. We support the business in delivering growth, adding to and maintaining accurate records for over 6,000 active suppliers.

About the role:

Management of supplier onboarding, ensuring end to end setup and amendment of key supplier data is accurate and approved in line with strict business requirements.Highlight in a timely manner areas of possible non compliance or breach of business policy.Liaise with other functions to understand priorities and needs to bring suppliers on board and enable prompt supply and payment.Identify and raise opportunities for continuous improvement taking the lead in solving problems and work as part of a team to solve more complex issues.Ad Hoc activities such as reviewing/analysing data and system improvement testing.Strictly adhere to business policies and controls.

Criteria

Experience in finance administration and transactions, preferably Supplier Management.High attention to detailProblem solving skills / Logical thought processEffective communication and influencing skills at all levelsStrong organisation skills and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressurePositive and proactive approach to workloadWork well in a team environment
