Description

Job responsibilities:

Act as a BU finance partner to manage expense and liase with different BUs on related topics.

Work with business partners on marketing program design/evaluation, and manage Opex planning, and monitor execution of functions supported

Work closely with controller¡¯s team to manage the month end closing process

Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting for internal clients

The role may also assist in: Preparing monthly forecast and annual budget for the functions supported

Working with analytics team to understand the return profile of the marketing spend

Consolidation of financial reporting during month end.

Profile

1. Bachelor's degree with 3~8 years+ solid experience in Financial Reporting or FP&A functions；

2. Preferably from large multinational companies and familiar with ERP system (SAP), internal controls and financial processes；

3. Familiar with US GAAP;

4. Knowledge of Statistics a plus

5. CPA, ACCA, CFA a plus but not required

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

7 .Proficient in English, both verbal and written

8. Strong work ethic, team player and can work under pressure
