Trainee Finance Assistant (Entry-Level)

Our client, an international insurance broker with an outstanding reputation, are seeking a Trainee Finance Assistant at their Baildon office. Joining an inclusive and friendly team, this entry-level role is great for someone looking to start a career in financial services within a visionary company.

No previous finance experience is required - for the client, success in this role is all about attitude! The ideal candidate will be someone who has initiative, is keen to learn and has great attention to detail. You will be happy to work with data and be comfortable speaking to clients in a professional manner.

Once trained, key duties will include:

Process statements received from insurance providers
Investigate and resolve any issues that arise from these statements
Speaking to clients to chase outstanding payments in a professional manner
Work in accordance with financial policies and procedures
Ensure records are kept up to date with a high level of accuracy
Support line manager with general administrative tasks
