Job Description :
- Assists Operations team by attending or leading meetings.
- Collects quantitative and qualitative data from internal cross functional teams, supply chain organisations and external customers to complete analysis to generate reports and operational dashboard.
- Assist with programme staffing analysis and statistics
- Prepares operational reports in order to facilitate decision-making.
- Provide operational support by scheduling meetings and preparing materials for leadership
- Understands basic knowledge of the overall business organisation, operating processes, and any governing policies and regulations over the programme.
- Ability to drive projects from inception to completion with a defined timeline
- Ability to be dynamic to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years' experience in customer service contact excellence
- 1+ years' experience working with technical development teams to implement solutions
- Excellent skills in Microsoft word, excel, power point, Visio and outlook
- Customer Contact Centre experience preferred across multiple channels; Webchat, Email, IVR, on-line, post & Call Centre
- Customer Service Excellence driven
- Experience of / Exposure to Change Management
- Experience of / Exposure to channel shift analysis
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated to keep multiple project on track
- Knowledge of PCI - Payment Card Industry standards and requirements preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
