About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Finance Analyst to join the Kerry Foods team in Hyde.
The Operations Finance Analyst will be responsible to support site teams to ensure the delivery of business objectives through the provision and interpretation of key management information.
To provide quality COS/Labour/Overhead information and use this to pro-actively challenge and influence site teams.
Support Projects across site & wider finance community, tracking and participation in relation to all areas of the business
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Improvement of Processes for Stock/Labour/Overheads controls and reporting to ensure Hyde KPI’s are met
- Support reporting of site P&L to BOP including understanding of sales performance, and detailed COS variances and Overheads analysis and reporting
- Supply of weekly KPI information to site management team (including KPIs for Sales, COS variances, overhead performance, and site deliverables)
- Ownership of weekly labour reports; liaising with on-site Agency Providers (GI Group)
- Support the planning and forecasting process, including maintaining accurate data within Recipe Professor and links into Kudos, along with variance analysis
- Business Partnering Site management team to deliver budget targets and profit improvement projects
- Support Central Finance team in delivery of complete, accurate and timely month close
- Support Site in raising PO’s and managing GRIR
- Assist in delivery of site & finance projects
Your profile:-
Essential:-
- Part/Fully qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision making
- Communication and presentation Skills
- Excel intermediate user
Desirable:-
- Communication and presentation Skills
- SAP system knowledge
- Knowledge of Lean
- Excel Advanced user
- Power BI User
